The Cheshire Union is pleased to welcome our beloved art teacher, Darlene Rayburn, to The Rusty Brundage Memorial Art Gallery! Her imaginative works will be on display from March 23rd through April 27th with an opening reception on March 23rd 2-4pm.


About the Artist:

Darlene is a self-taught abstract artist. She works out of her home studio in Canandaigua, and loves creating with a wide variety of mediums including: alcohol ink, india ink, pastels, encaustic, cold wax,

watercolors, acrylics, collage and a mix of all the above!

Darlene is a retired counselor, married and has a grown daughter who lives in Chicago.


In addition to being an artist at The Cheshire Union in Canandaigua, Darlene has her work at Skaneateles Artisans in Skaneateles, the Windmill in Penn Yan and Artizanns in Naples.

Darlene is also involved with the Ontario County Art Council and the Mill Art Gallery in Honeoye Falls.
